1. Customer Trading Agreement signed in original.

   • The beneficial owner is the person who is benefiting from the investment (most of the time it is the client him/herself).

2. A notarized copy (certified as confirm to the original) of a valid passport or ID card incorporating a photo and signature.
   
   • Please make sure that the notarized copy of your passport or ID card (copy of your passport or ID card certified as true copies) is sent in original.
   • Notarizations can be obtained through the Swiss Consulate or any other official authority such as Public Notary, Public Office (Administration), and Banks, any office that issues IDs or passports, Court, or any other notarization equivalent to the former mentioned. Notarizations in English, French, Italian, Romanian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Persian, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic are accepted.
     The Identification Documents must be:
     
     • Valid.
     • Clear copies.
     • Officially notarized.
       
3. A recent utility bill such as electricity, phone bill, etc., or any other official proof of address.
   * Recent, and not older than six months.
   
4. Minimum deposit required to open an account:
   300 USD.

   • The contact information, email, and phone numbers must be valid.
   • The contracting party is the client (the corporation).
   • The beneficial owner is the person who is benefiting from the investment (most of the time it is the corporation itself). *For offshore companies, the Beneficial Owner has to be one of the directors.
   • The Agreement pages must all be signed as indicated.
     
2. Mandatory supporting documents:
   A: Certificate of Incorporation (or extract from the Commercial Register if this is the case).
   B: Articles of Association, Memorandum, Deed or contract of foundation, or bylaws of the
       company.
   C: Copies of the passports of all the directors, shareholders and all persons involved in the
       management of the company.
   D: Any other supporting documents that you consider necessary to accompany your application.
   
3. Minimum deposit required to open an account:
   * 10’000 USD.
   All the supporting documents (including the passport copies of the directors/shareholders) must be notarized copies. Notarizations can be obtained through the Swiss Consulate or any other official authority such as Public Notary, Public Office (Administration), and Banks, any office that issues IDs or passports, Court, or any other notarization equivalent to the former mentioned. Notarizations in English, French, Italian, Romanian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Persian, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic are accepted.
